Overview

Observo alerts supports the integration with your organizations Microsoft Teams. This document provides instructions on configuring Microsoft Teams channels to receive alerts triggered from Observo.

Configure Microsoft Teams

Observo sends alerts to Microsoft Teams channels through webhooks. You need to create an incoming webhook for the channel where you want to receive alerts. The following steps are required:

• Click the three dots next to the channel and choose "Connectors."

• Search for "Incoming Webhook" in the list of connectors.

• Click on the "Add" button and provide a name and an optional image link for your webhook.

• Once created, it will display a Webhook URL that can be used to set up the Microsoft Teams alert channel in the Observo platform.
