Adding a Site

Applicable for Hybrid deployments.

This guide will walk you through the steps to add a Site to your Observo Manager so that you can deploy the software and begin configuring .

Add a Site

To add a Site to your Observo Manager, follow these steps:

1. Log in to the Observo Manager.

2. Click on the Settings link in the lower left-hand navigation menu.

3. Click on the Sites tab.

4. Click on the Add Site button.

5. Select Manage Site Independently or Manage Externally with Git.

6. Enter the Site name, an optional description, and select the Appropriate Cloud Type from the dropdown.

7. Click the Next button to save the Site information. The dialog will now show the Site setup instructions.

   Follow the instructions to deploy the Site. You will need to download the Helm values and Site Access Token. Once the Site is deployed, the status will change to green in the Sites list.

8. Click the Done button to close the dialog.

The Site is now added to the Observo Manager. You can now deploy the Observo software to the Site and begin configuring Sources, Sinks, and Pipelines.
